近代外企与当地商民关系演变述论——以清末民初豫北的福公司为例

甲午战争后,西方各国取得了在华投资设厂的权利,大批西方企业开始来华开办工厂,从而成为第一批在华的外国企业,豫北的福公司即为当时的外企之一。虽说这些企业与当地商民由于观念、文化等方面的差异,发生过一系列矛盾、冲突,但在利益的驱动下,中外企业双方均采取了让步与妥协的立场,最终选择了"共赢"的道路。

The Evolution of the Relationship Between Modern Foreign Enterprises in China and Local Businessmen

After the Sino-Japanese War in 1894,Western countries have invested in China and have the right to set up a number of western companies in China.Being the first foreign enterprises in China,the north Nenan Good Fortune is formed.Although there have been a series of contradictions and conflicts between these enterprises and local business people because of cultural differences,both Chinese and foreign enterpries driven by the interests compromise and choose"benefit two sides"model.
