Confucian' s viewpoint of justice and benefit of valuing justice above benefit influences later ages profoundly. There is not only positive influence but also negative effect among the influences. Nowadays, the interests relations become complicated gradually. Chinese society must face reasonable factors of Confucian's viewpoint of justice and benefit, and further study the contemporary value of traditional spirit of valuing justice above benefit, if it want to establish and perfect the value system of ethics of socialism market economy.
