Establishing and Finalizing the Concept of Scientific Development: Some Thoughts of Its Long-Standing Mistaken Ideas

Characterized with human-center,the concept of scientific all-round and sustainable development in harmony,a significant strategy raised by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Hu Jintao as its General Secretary in accordance with the current state affairs and the cause of the Party and our country,is an advancement of the Party's guiding principle of the construction of socialist modernization.In the establishment and finalization of the concept of scientific development,dialectical materialism and historical materialism need to be reinforced,the long-standing mistaken ideas need to be clarified,and its rich connotations,scientific system and overall requirements need to be grasped correctly and comprehensively.
