| 摘 要： | 国内外关于社会管理的研究表明,政府对社会管理的职能有一个逐步认识和深化的过程。现阶段我国社会管理的现状及面临的问题为社会转型期改革的深化提供了现实依据。从思维创新、理论研究和实践探索方面的思路和对策有助于社会管理体系的完善和重构。
