| 摘 要： | 以渭南师范学院385名在校大学生为研究对象，利用中国大学生心理健康量表（CCSMHS）和身体自我描述问卷（PSDQ）来研究大学生身体自我概念与心理健康的相关性．结果表明，大学生身体自我概念与心理健康存在普遍相关，身体自尊、整体身体和肥胖是影响心理健康的主要因素．

| Abstract: | To study the correlation of college students' physical self-concept and mental health,the paper investigates 385 college students through CCSMHS and PSDQ,and affirms that college students' physical self-concept and mental health are generally related.Hence,physical self-esteem,whole body and obesity are the major factors affecting students' mental health. |
