| 摘 要： | 该文通过对个案村--里陂村近期前后两次村委会直选的比较,分析了村委会选举背后的另一种变数--信息不对称.要提高村委会选举的质量,进而提高"村治"的绩效,不仅需要基层政府推动村委会选举的"诚意",而且还需要选民在不均衡的政治博弈中积极主动,努力改变信息不对称的现状,以维护法律赋予自己的政治权益.

| Abstract: | The paper gives a comparative study on the two elections of the village committee.The result is that another variable is the unsymmetrical of information.In order to boost the effect of the election,the local authorities have to show the sincerity,but also the initiatives of the voters are needed to protect their own political rights. |
