| 摘 要： | 媒体评价对于司法审判有着深远的社会价值，然而司法公正需要法官在一个不受干扰的环境下作出裁判，现实中媒体评价对司法审判的影响因素分布在媒体、司法和民意三方面，我国需要尽快建立媒体评价与司法公正之间的良性互动机制。

| Abstract: | Media evaluation has far-reaching social influence for judicial adjudication .However ,judicial justice needs an undisturbed environment for the judger to make judgments .The factors that media evalua-tion affects the justice can be found in the three aspects as media ,the judiciary and public opinion .T he posi-tive interaction mechanism between the media evaluation and the judicial justice should be established in our country as soon as possible . |
