基于最小偏差插补法的圆弧算法研究

摘    要:详细介绍了利用“最小偏差插补法”实现第一象限逆向圆弧加工的进给规则,推导出其他各象限顺、逆向圆弧的插补计算公式。解决了越象限圆弧的加工进给调整,可按照实际加工曲线形成完整的圆弧加工轨迹。对插补计算公式的简化修改,更便于编程,以实现不同象限(或加工方向)圆弧的连续加工。

Abstract:An advance towards rule uses the least deviation interpolation to realize the anti-clockwise arc processing in the first quadrant is introduced in detail. The interpolation function of each quadrant by clockwise or anti-clockwise is derived. The problem of processing feed adjustment of over-quadrant circular arc is solved. According to the actual processing curse, the whole arc processing trace can be formed. The simple modify of interpolation calculation function, makes the programming easier. The continuous processing of arc in each quadrant can be realized.
