| 摘 要： | 论述了我国高校科技成果转化的3个发展阶段，分析了不同阶段的特点及问题所在，并在我国多年的科技成果转化实践与探索基础上，总结了高校科技成果转化所取的经验。

| Abstract: | This paper has described the three developing stages of transformation of scientific and technical results in Chinese universities,analysing their respective characteristics along with the source of problems.It also summarizes the experience gained in the transformation of scientific and technical results on the foundation of the transformation experiences and the exploration for many years in China. |
