| 摘 要： | 当代中国社会，有必要在现有关于所有制的法律安排基础上，设定以公有制为主体、公私经济共同发展为所有制结构框架；生产要素所有制、财产所有制与生产资料所有制的提法都具有现实意义。这可以不断为深化改革和发展经济提供理论依据和公私统一的利益动力。

| Abstract: | In the present-day China, it is necessary to construct the structural framework of ownership with the public ownership as the main body and with the common development of the public and private economies on the basis of the present-day legal planning of ownership. It is realistically meaningful to put forth an ownership of essential factors of production, an ownership of property and an ownership of means of production. Thus, this can increasingly provide theoretical foundations and unique interest of drives of union of public and private economies to deepen reforms, and develop our economy. |
