Survey to Mozi's Thought of Personnel Management

To personnel management, Mozi, a famous scholar during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, which was turbulent times from slavery system to feudalism, deeply felt its importance when heated reforms were taking place. He aired his point of view, original and thorough, about how to pick out, employ and encourage talented people, which was a unique style of his own. This paper discusses his point of view about personnel management in order to find out something very practical and constructive .to apply into practice by presenting the core of his view, valuing talents.
