摘    要:在一切财富中,最宝贵的莫过于人才。对于人才问题,春秋战国时期的墨子由于生活在奴隶制向封建制转变的大动荡时期,激烈的社会变革使他感悟到人才的重要性。基于此,墨子在选才、用才、励才等诸多方面,阐述了自己独到而深刻的见解,从而形成了独树一帜、别具风格的人才观。从墨子人才管理思想的核心一“尚贤”入手,探讨其人才管理思想的主要内容并作简要评述,意在以古为鉴,为现代人事管理寻求一些启示。

Abstract:Of all kinds of wealth, the most priceless is skilled personnel. To personnel management, Mozi, a famous scholar during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, which was turbulent times from slavery system to feudalism, deeply felt its importance when heated reforms were taking place. He aired his point of view, original and thorough, about how to pick out, employ and encourage talented people, which was a unique style of his own. This paper discusses his point of view about personnel management in order to find out something very practical and constructive .to apply into practice by presenting the core of his view, valuing talents.
