山东省县域经济与农村城镇化协调发展研究

县域经济与农村城镇化是相互作用、相辅相成的。县域经济是农村城镇化发展的依托,农村城镇化又是县域经济发展的动力,两者的紧密结合是推动县域经济社会发展的核心杠杆。本文通过对县域经济与农村城镇化发展相互关系的研究,分析了山东省县域经济和农村城镇化发展过程中存在的非均衡问题,在此基础上探讨了山东省实现县域经济与农村城镇化协调发展的机制和策略。

The Reaseach of Coordinated and Balanced Program of Development Between Intra-county Economies and Rural Urbanization in Shandong Province

Intra-county economies and rural urbanization are interactional and complementary.Rural urbanization's development bases on intra-county economies,and become a motive force of intra-county economies.They are two core levers to devolop intra-county's eonomies and sciety.This paper analyses the non-equilibrium problems of the developmental process between intra-county and rural urbanization through reasceaching the relationship between the two.And based on it,we discussed the mechanisms and policies to promote the two developing in line.
