| 摘 要： | 清朝末年,京畿一带社会治安问题广泛存在,有日常性、政治性及经济性等表现形式。然而,官方多尚能将其控制在一定范围内,一定程度上减轻了对当地社会的危害。但清末京畿治安形势恶化的情势,对全国其它地方形势的发展却产生了重大影响。

| Abstract: | During the late Qing Dynasty,public security problems were widespread in the capital and surrounding areas.These issues involve daily life,politics and economy.However,the government could still control them within a certain range,and to some extent reduced harm to the local community.However,the deteriorating security situation had a serious impact on the development of other areas. |
