摘    要:本文以含Ca2+、Mg2+的溶液为淋洗液,以Fe(Ⅱ)-磺基水杨酸为柱后衍生体系,在国产分离柱上分离了磷酸与植酸.利用Ca2+、Mg2+与植酸的络合作用缩短了植酸的保留时间,使植酸可在低酸度(pH=4)下被洗脱,实现了植酸的快速离子色谱分析.利用此法,测定大豆样品中植酸的含量,得到满意的结果.

Abstract:With the solution including Ca2 + , Mg2+ as eluent, with Fe(III)-Ssal as post-column derivation system, phosphonic acid and phytic acid can be separated on a separator column(made in China). Using complexation of the Ca2+, Mg2+ with phytic acid, its retention time can be reduced, the phytic acid can be to eluted by an eluent with low acidity (pH=4) , and its determination with ion chromatography can be done more rapidly. Thus, phytic acid in soybean samples can be determined with this method and satisfactory results can be obtained.
