| 摘 要： | 本文认为，国有经济战略性调整应当与产业结构优化相结合，也能够有效地结合起来。要根据不同产业在国民经济发展中所发挥的不同作用和运行特点，按照“有进有退”、“有所为有所不为”的原则，优化国有经济布局与产业结构。
