论20世纪的中国影戏研究

我国影戏研究肇始于20世纪前期。在三四十年代,戏剧史论界侧重于探讨滦州影的艺术特征和影戏的起源与形成。五六十年代的学者是在整个戏剧史的视野下来观照影戏的发生与流变,而影戏本体层面的研究有所削弱。八九十年代无论是影戏的横向研究还是纵向研究均得到长足的发展,以民俗学、工艺美术学的学者成就较大,治戏剧史者基本处于缺席状态。进入新世纪后,随着民间文化抢救工程的实施,多学科门类的学者积极介入影戏的研究与考察,治戏剧史者开始回归影戏研究行列;学人们普遍注重新方法、新技术的运用,显示出良好的学术发展势头。

On the Study of China's Shadow Puppet

In China,the study of shadow puppet began in the first half of the 20th century.In 1930's and 1940's,the scholars of drama focused their study on the peculiarity of Luanzhou shadow and the origin of Chinese shadow puppet.In 1950's and 1960's,scholars probed into the development and origin of shadow puppet in view of the whole history of Chinese drama,but the study of shadow puppet itself became weaker.In 1980's and 1990's,both of the depth and width of shadow puppet gained development.Scholars of folklore and art made lots of achievement and those of drama history were almost absent from the field.In the new century,with the folk culture salvage project carried out,varied course scholars are actively involved in the study of shadow play,and the scholars of drama returned to the ranks of study,who generally focus on new approaches and the application of technology and show good tendency in scientific research.
