| 摘 要： | 以博士后作为分析对象，从材料物理与化学、通信与信息系统、信号与信息处理、生物细胞学、生物化学与分子生物学这五个一级学科中选2001-2004年这四年间在全国所有流动站进站博士后发表的论文进行统计分析。基于博士后在“985”学校与非“985”学校的相互流动，从两个方面比较了“跨学校”对博士后科研创新能力的影响，结果发现，非“985”学校与“985”学校一样，同样可以提升博士后的科研创新能力。
