| 摘 要： | 建国以来我国基础教育价值取向的嬗变表现为在政治、经济、文化、科技和人的发展五个方面摇摆不定,这对基础教育的发展造成了种种缺失。反而思之,其根源在于没有确立基础教育价值取向的基点。根据基础教育的本质要求以及时代精神的呼唤,＂以人为本＂应成为当前我国基础教育价值取向的基点。
