| 摘 要： | 活跃于20世纪30年代的《申报》流通图书馆,以为弱势群体提供知识援助为己任,其设置读书指导部、开辟"读书问答"专栏、创办《读书生活》杂志、组织"读书互助会",提升弱势群体知识水平的具体做法,至今尚有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The Shenbao circulation library was active in the 1930s.In order to provide knowledge aid to disadvantaged groups,a series of countermeasures were brought forward,such as setting reading guide department,opening the column about Reading Q&A,founding A Journal of Reading Life and organizing reading fraternity.Up to the present,these specific practice still have great reference significance. |
