对高职院校旅游师资队伍建设的重新思考

21世纪以来，中国旅游业进入了持续高速增长的新阶段，旅游人才的需求迅速增加，旅游高等职业教育也迎来了新的发展契机。但在发展过程中旅游师资建设问题始终是一个突出的问题，教师队伍结构不合理、学历不迭标、技能不符合要求等诸多问题一直阻碍着旅游高等职业教育的发展。因此，探索高职院校旅游师资队伍建设的有效途经和方法，仍然是高职院校旅游教育发展中的热点问题。

Reflections on the Construction of Tourism Faculty in Vocational and Technology Colleges

Since the 21st century, China＇ s tourism industry, has been keeping a high growth. The rapidly increasing demand for tourism ptofessionals brings higher vocational education of tourism a new development opportunity. However, the construction of tourism faculty in the development has always been a prominent issue. Irrational teacher structure, non -compliance qualifications and poor skills have hampered the development of higher vocational tourism education. Therefore, the effective approach to explore the construction of tourism faculty is still an issue in the development of the tourism education in the higher vocational education.
