多中心区域下的空间协调与管治构建——海峡西岸经济区发展研究

建设海峡西岸经济区作为国家层面的一项重大区域发展举措,不仅有利于推动海峡两岸的交流与合作,而且有助于实现区域协调发展,建设服务广大中西部地区的综合开放通道。关于海峡西岸经济区的现有研究主要是在区域发展战略、功能定位、区域对比以及具体的提升策略方面,缺少从管治角度进行的分析。基于此,首先对管治理论进行了简要的综述,分析了海峡西岸经济区所面临的区域协作问题,并就其多中心区域格局下的空间协调和管治构建进行了详细分析。最后,提出了相关建议。

Spatial Coordination and Governance Construction in Polycentric Regions:Research on the Development of West Side of the Straits

As an important regional developing measure at the national level,the construction of the cross-straight economic zone is not only good for the cross-straight communication and cooperation,but also helpful for the coordinated development in the zone and the construction of a comprehensive and open channel in service of the vast middle-west China. The current research of Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait mainly focuses on regional development strategies,function orientation,regional comparison and strategy promotion,and there is a lack of analysis form the point of managemen. For this,this paper gives an overview of the management theories,and analyzes the regional coordinated problems existing on the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait. Then,it gives a full analysis on the Spatial Coordination and the governance construction mode in a polycentric regional pattern. Finally,it proposes relevant suggestions.
