基于层次分析法的政府规模评估体系研究

摘    要:通过结合数量和质量两个标准,具体划分四个维度:精简维度、效率维度、公平维度和自律维度,运用在经济管理领域应用较为普遍的层次分析法,结合国家规范的统计指标构建政府规模的评估体系。随后,通过计算1996至2006近十年的统计数据对我国政府规模进行总体的判断并分析我国政府规模的发展趋势,目的是提供一个新的视角和方法供管理者发现问题,供学者进行深入研究。

Abstract:This paper, through a combination of quantity and quality standards, makes out four dimensions: downsizing dimension, efficiency dimension, fairness dimension and self discipline dimension to build an evaluation system for government scale with AHP which widely used in the area of economic management and the standard statistical indicators of the state. Then, the writers,by calculating our government's statistical data from 1996 to 2006 and by analyzing the development trend of our government scale, obtain overall judgments thus to provide a new perspective and method for managers to discover problems and for scholars to make a research.
