| 摘 要： | 社会转型期的贪污贿赂频频发生是我国屡禁不止的问题。受贿犯罪因涉及面广、顽固性强，严重损害了我国国家工作人员职务行为的廉洁性，影响了社会经济生活的健康发展。刑事立法的缺漏是导致受贿蔓延的重要原因之一。对我国受贿罪立法进行理性分析、补缺堵漏已是当务之急。

| Abstract: | The frequency of corruption in transition society is difficult to prohibit in China.Being broad and obstinate,the bribery crime has badly damaged the disinterested character of government service in our country and affected the healthy development of social economy and life.It is one of the most important reasons leading to the pervasive bribery that there are criminal holes in legislation. It has been urgent affairs to reasoningly analyse and remedy the legislation on the bribery crime in our country. |
