| 摘 要： | 在学校教育中,人们对校园伤害的关注大多集中在显性伤害,对危害更大的隐性伤害认识不足。隐性伤害对学生造成的心理和学习上的影响是巨大的,但因其隐秘性和滞后性,容易被人们所忽略。作者拟通过对学校教育中造成学生隐性伤害的原因进行分析并提出规避策略,以减少对学生的伤害,让每一位学生都快乐地成长并得到最佳的发展。

| Abstract: | In school education,people pay more attention to the visible injury instead of the invisible injury.The influence of the invisible injury is great to the students in psychology and study,but it is always ignored due to its lagging revelation.The thesis intends to analyze the cause and the strategy to decrease the injury to students,and make them grow up happily and get the best development. |
