普通高师院校现状分析与改革策略

摘    要:中国普通高等师范院校作为培养中小学师资的工作母机,承担着越来越重要的职责,但是在综合大学参与教师教育,师范院校加强综合性的当前师范教育改革中,越来越丧失了自己的"师范性"特色,迷失了自己的办学方向,产生了诸多不容忽视的问题。由于受到经费的制约,目前在六所部属师范大学实施的免费师范生教育改革的培养方案等无法在普通高师院校得以实施,因此,普通高师教育改革当务之急就是从转变教师和学生传统的教学理念、教学模式做起,围绕"教"与"学"进行课堂改革,重构多元的评价体系,为自身的生存发展寻找新的突破。

Abstract:IN China,Normal University as the training of primary and secondary school teachers’ working tools,assuming an increasingly important role,but in the comprehensive university in teacher education,normal universities to strengthen comprehensive current teacher education reform,more and more lost their" normal" characteristic,have lost their direction of running a school,produced a lot of a problem not to be ignored.But due to funding constraints,present in six of the subordinate Normal University implemented a free normal education reform the cultivation scheme can not in normal college is carried out,therefore,the general reform of higher normal education is a pressing matter of the moment from the teacher and students in the traditional teaching concept,teaching mode to start,around the " teaching" and "learning" teaching reform,reconstruction of multiple evaluation system,for its own survival anddevelopment of seek new breakthrough.
