| 摘 要： | 利用便携式组织血氧定量计，无损、连续、定时地测定人体局部骨骼肌组织在运动时肌氧含量的相对变化值，并同步测定受试者在运动前和各级运动负荷后的血乳酸浓度，以期探讨肌氧含量与血乳酸浓度 变化规律，这对于揭示人体运动中的能量代谢规律和指标运动训练具有一定的意义。 |

| Abstract: | This study was to measure real time relative changes of muscle oxygen of content and blood volume in the activated human skeletal muscle with portable tissue oximeter non invasively and continuously. The concentration of blood lactic acid in subjects was sampled before and after graded loads in order to investigate the muscle oxygen content and the laws of changes of blood lactic acid. The purpose was to reveal the rudimental characteristics of energy metabolism and to instruct sports training. |
