摘    要:民办高校在高等教育体系中的地位逐步凸显,民办高校教师在民办高校建设和发展中起着举足轻重作用。通过采用调研问卷的方法对三所民办高校教师进行调研,并结合既有的研究成果,从生活满意度等15个维度指标对教师幸福感缺失的原因进行分析,结果表明国家民办教育体制不健全、民办高校管理制度不完善以及民办高校教师自身的原因等因素影响了其幸福感,形成了关系到教育本身意义能否实现的重要问题,是一个不容忽视的社会问题。

Abstract:The position of the private university is gradually highlighted in higher education system. Teachers play an important role in construction and development of private universities. According to the questionnaire results to three private universities’ teachers and existed research results, this paper analyzes the reasons of lacking sense of happiness of teachers by using 15 indexes such as life satisfaction. The results show that unsound national private education system, incomplete management system and teachers themselves affect teachers’ happiness, which cause an important issue related to the significance of the education itself. Thus these problems cannot be ignored.
