校本课程开发策略几种模式的比较

摘    要:当前中小学校本课程开发策略有三种主要模式:需求主导模式、条件主导模式、目标主导模式.三种模式各有特点,在课程开发实践中我们必须辩证地看待校本课程的几个关键性要求,将“校本“与“人本“相结合,“需求“与“条件“相结合,“系统化“与“个性化“相结合,才能最大限度地发挥校本课程促进学生、教师、学校共同发展的目标.

Abstract:At present, there are three principal modes in developing school-based courses in primary and middle schools: demand-dominated mode, condition-dominated mode and objective-dominated mode. Each of them bears its own characteristic. We must dialectically look at some essential requirements of school-based courses in the process of development and practice. "School-orientation" should be combined with "people-orientation" , "demands" with "conditions" and "systematization" with "individualization". In that case, school-based courses can greatly promote the common development of students, teachers and school.
