A Comparison of the Different Modes of Tactics in Developing Schlool-Based Courses

At present, there are three principal modes in developing school-based courses in primary and middle schools: demand-dominated mode, condition-dominated mode and objective-dominated mode. Each of them bears its own characteristic. We must dialectically look at some essential requirements of school-based courses in the process of development and practice. "School-orientation" should be combined with "people-orientation" , "demands" with "conditions" and "systematization" with "individualization". In that case, school-based courses can greatly promote the common development of students, teachers and school.
