| 摘 要： | 由于学校管理者与学生双方约定不明或单方面行政行为等原因,导致目前高校的学生公寓管理工作存在着不同程度的问题。学校管理者应转变观念和改革工作的方式方法,以签订自律合同为突破口,用市场化运作方式和法制化手段加强公寓服务和管理工作,创造良好的育人环境。

| Abstract: | Problems in management of students' apartments in institutions of higher learning are attributed to one - sided administration act or ambiguous agreements between the management and students. The management are supposed to update their concepts and methods in the reform work, take signing of self - disciplining contracts as a breakthrough point, strenthen service and management of students' apartments by means of market operation and Legality, and create excellent environment for cultivating talents. |
