| 摘 要： | 《英语课程标准》是规范和指导我国中小学英语教学及中小学英语教育教学改革的纲领性文件,它以“三个面向”为指导思想,以素质教育和学生的发展为根本宗旨,以培养学生的综合语言运用能力为目标,根据外语学习的规律和我国目前外语教学发展的现状和需求,力求从教学的目的、目标、理念、内容、实施策略、实施手段和评价等方面进行重大的改革。
