高职高专土建类装饰专业学生顶岗实习模式探讨

高职高专土建类装饰专业学生在校外顶岗实习期间，如何能达到一定的标准，并被社会所认同，对其整个过程中的两个关键节点（50％和80％）进行相关系统化的管理非常重要。制定并实施这样的一套管理模式，也就显得尤为迫切。文章重点论述了高职高专土建类装饰专业学生顶岗实习的运作、保障和评价等相关内容。结果表明，实施顶岗实习“50／80管理模式”，有利于提高学生的综合执业素质，有利于提高学生的就业能力，并可以推广应用于其他土建类专业的顶岗实习．．

An Investigation into 50/80 Management Mode of Internship of Students Majoring in Decoratio of Civil Engineering in Higher Vocational Schools

During the internship off campus, how could students majoring in decoration of civil engineering in higher vocational schools reach a certain standard and be recognized by the society？ Two key points （50% and 80%） requring systematic management during this process are very important. It is very urgent that such manage- ment mode should be established and carried out. This article mainly concentrates on the research of operation, ganrantee, evaluation and related details of internship of students majoring in decoration of civil engineering in higher vocational schools. Results showed that putting 50/80 management mode into effet is beneficial to improv- ing students＇ professional overall qualities, employability and can be generalized to internship of other civil engi- neering-related majors.
