法律诊所教育方法在研究生教育中的应用及效果

随着我国加入WTO，我国的高层次人才也面临着数量和质量的双重竞争。如何更好的适应新的挑战，是我国的研究生教育所要思考的问题。在法律专业的研究生教育中，传统的授课方式已经暴露出很大的缺陷。法律诊所教育方法无疑为此提供了一个新的途径。本文在阐述研究生的培养目标和培养模式后，试图通过分析法律诊所教育方法的概念、特征、目的等范畴，探求法律诊所教育方法在我国研究生教育中的应用问题。

Clinic Teaching Ways' Application and Efficiency on the Education of Post-Graduate

The level education of my country has to face the competition of both of number and qualification with China entering into WTO. How to meet this challenge is the problem of thinking in my country's postgraduate education. There are some defections in the traditional teaching way .It is a new way that clinic teaching way is used. The author in this paper tries to analyse the concept of clinic teaching way, the characteristic of clinic teaching way, the objective of clinic teaching way after expounding the education objective and education model for postdraduate, then tries to explore the application of clinic teaching way during my country's law education for postgraduate.
