起居床升降机构的比较与仿真

摘    要:基于机构运动学对几种起居床升降机构进行比较与分析,利用UG软件对方案三的机构进行实体造型和运动仿真,确定了机构的活动范围,分析了其速度、位移的变化规律.仿真结果表明:方案三的机构功能合理,结构设计简单可靠,操作方便.

Abstract:According to machine kinematics,a reasonable way is given to accomplish the mechanism comparison and the analysis of the multifunctional bed.The entity model and dynamic simulation are finished in the software UG.The range of the mechanism is established.The variable parameters of velocity and displacement are analyzed.Each mechanism designed is simple and is easy to handle.The work done would offer help to the development of multifunctional bed.
