| 摘 要： | 创业指导是提高大学生就业率的重要举措,本文运用人-职匹配理论、＂经心＂创业模型、CASVE循环理论,建构了包括认识领域、准备领域和行动领域的金字塔型创业指导模式。

| Abstract: | Career guidance is an important measure to improve the employment rate of college graduates.This paper is designed to talk about how to construct a Pyramid-shaped career guidance mode,which includes awareness area,preparation area and action area via human-job matching theory,the jingxin entrepreneurship model,and the CASVE cycle theory. |
