| 摘 要： | 社会发展的本质是创新，经济发展的本质是“转化”。科学向技术的转化问题一直是制约我国经济发展的瓶颈问题，是落实科学技术是第一生产力的关键问题。文章系统探讨了科学与技术的异同，在此基础上深入探讨了科学向技术转化的本质、条件和要求等。

| Abstract: | The essence of social development is innovation while the essence of economic development is translation. That scientific advances are translated into technological productive force is the problem which has been impeding Chinese economic development for a long time and restricting China to implement the thoughts of Science and Technology Are the First Productive Forces. The paper studies all differences and relations between science and technology systematically and followed by researching the essence, conditions and requirement of translating science into technology. |
