生物转化生产木糖醇研究进展

摘    要:木糖醇因在食品、医药及化工行业中有着广泛的用途而深受关注.传统的化学法生产木糖醇需要一系列复杂的分离纯化步骤,过高的生产成本限制了木糖醇的使用范围。发酵工艺生产木糖醇无需木糖的纯化步骤,是取代化学合成法的一条可行工艺路线。本文着重介绍木糖醇的生物合成途径、木糖醇发酵过程的影响因素和研究的发展趋势。

Abstract:Xylitol has been attracting much attention because of its many important applications in food ,medicine and chemical industries.Now its industrial production is carried out by the chemical process.This process includes a series of purification steps resulting in a high cost of xylitol production.The fermentative process of producing xylitol is an better alternative than conventional chemical process, since it does not require initial xylose purification.The present review describes the path way of biosynthesis of xylitol, affecting factors of xylitol production by fermentation process and the main studying aspects in the future.
