| 摘 要： | 自主性发展是高职院校学生成长过程中不可或缺的一项任务。当前，高职生在一定程度上表现出自主性不足的现状。应从加强思想工作和心理健康教育，激发主体能动性；转变教育理念，营造适宜高职学生自主性发展的环境；加强教学实践和社会实践，拓展自主性实践活动空间等三方面着手，促进高职生自主性的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The development of independence is an integral part in the students’ growth in vocational colleges.Currently,vocational college students lack independence to some extent.Therefore their teachers should strengthen the ideological and mental health education,stimulate their motivation,change the educational ideas,create a suitable environment for their development;enhance the teaching and social practice with a view to promoting the sustainable development of the students’ independence. |
