| 摘 要： | 由于学习习惯、心理素质、高考分数的不同，新生中存在着极大的不平衡，并由此形成两极分化现象。针对这样的学生群体，班主任首先应该用温暖去抚慰学生的心灵，帮助他们为自己定位；用赏识与激励教育，帮助他们成长，给他们以向上的精神力量。

| Abstract: | Owing to the defference of the learning habits, psychological quality, examination marks of collegeentrance exanination, the freshmen hare a heary unbalance in their minds, which leads to be splited up amongthem. According to this situation, the teachers in charge of class should comfort the students' minds, help them fixpositon, encourage them to grow up. |
