| 摘 要： | 基层群众自治制度是我国社会主义民主政治的四项制度之一,基层群众自治的产生与发展,推动了从中央到地方形成比较完整的基层群众自治的法律制度保障体系,但是,基层群众自治组织法律制度在其运行进程中也存在影响基层群众自治的障碍因素.本文针对存在问题,提出了促进基层群众自治组织法律制度良性运行的建议.
