| 摘 要： | 在社会转型过程中,工人阶级内部出现了新的阶层分化,阶层之间的差别日益显著,这种差别不仅表现在职业和收入水平上,而且表现在从事经济活动的方式上.这种差别的扩大造成了工人阶级内部不同阶层之间矛盾的增加,社会公平问题成为社会转型期的核心问题.

| Abstract: | During the process of social transformation,new stratums appear within the working class.Dif-ferences of the stratums become more and more remarkable.The differences appear not only in occupation and income,but also in their way of conducting economic activities.The enlarged differences make contradic-tions increased among the stratums.The question of social equity becomes the key in the process of social transformation. |
