| 摘 要： | 刘劭作为名理学家的代表，他专注于建设控名责实的人材学体系，不过以《人物志》为代表，其综合名实的思考援道人儒，体现了儒道融合的时代思想潮流。这集中表现于其以中庸为至德的圣人观念，以道释儒，政治理论体系隐约折射了本末有无之辨。从学术思想的发展史而言，刘劭将汉末人物清议引向了抽象原则的讨论，会通儒道，是为魏晋玄学诞生承前启后的一个关键过渡。
