商品交换中的伦理关系——《资本论》经济伦理思想研究

伦理关系是人与人之间通过一定道德观念和规范维系的客观关系。商品生产通过使用价值的生产使人具有独自性，同时又通过交换价值的可通约性，使个人与他人发生普遍联系，这就意味着新的伦理关系的产生。经济形式上的交换确立了交换主体客观上的平等，同时也确立了交换主体的意志自由。在经济关系中产生的、由一定的人格主体进行的、以一定自觉意志相对待的关系，就是经济伦理关系。维系和调节这种伦理关系的手段，既有道德的，也有法律的和政治政策的。在正常的商品交换过程中，每个个别利益的满足就是共同利益的实现。简单流通关系中的服务关系同时也是具有伦理性的关系。

The Ethical Relationship in the Commodity Exchange: Study of the Economic Ethics in Karl Marx's Work On Capital

The ethical relationship is the objective one maintained through certain moral concepts and norms between individuals. The commodity production enjoys independence through producing value of usage, while it delivers the general contact between the two individuals through the commensurable exchange value, which on its side triggers the new ethical relationship. The exchange in the economic form establishes the objective equality of the exchangeable subject and the free will of the exchanged subject as well. The economic ethical relationship is emerged on the economic relationship and is maintained by certain personality subjects and treated by certain conscious will. The means of keeping and adjusting this ethical relationship employs morality, legality and political scope. Matching the individual's interest in the course of normal commodity exchange is the realization of mutual interest. The service relationship in the simple commodity circulated relationship is the ethical relationship at the same time.
