摘    要:从公平的角度来看,好的课程结构应遵循平等原则、需要原则以及补偿原则。新高中课程结构强调其均衡性、综合性和选择性,这对学生个性的发展、教师的专业成长以及学校特色发展都有极大推动作用。但立足公平,新高中课程在课程评价体系、加强弱势群体的课程补偿分配以及落实选课制等方面仍有待继续完善。

Abstract:The excellent curriculum structure should follow the equality principle,need principle and compensation principle from the viewpoint of equality.The new curriculum structure in senior high school puts emphasis on balance,comprehension and selection,which maximumly promotes the development of students’character,teachers’profession and schools’characteristic.However,the new curriculum should still do some improvement on curriculum evaluation,the curriculum compensation for the weak and curriculum selection on the basic of equality.
