| 摘 要： | 伴随着社会经济环境恶化与高等教育大众化的影响，大学生就业问题向高等教育提出了新的任务和挑战。结合高校素质教育的基本特征，分析素质教育在大学生能力素质结构的全面完善、职业发展的扩展与延伸、职业创新能力形成、主体性因素体现中发挥的作用。强化高校素质教育是促进大学生就业与职业发展的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Accompanied by the deterioration of the socio-economic environment and popularization of higher education,employment of college students has put forward new tasks and challenges to higher education.Quality-oriented education has effect on the following aspects: full complement of college students’ ability and quality structure;expansion and extension of career development;formation of occupational innovation capability;and the playing of their roles as the main force.College quality-oriented education is an important measure for promoting college students’ employment and career development. |
