The Rebuilding and Developing of Disadvantaged Schools from the Perspective of Urban Relationships

The social environment of disadvantaged schools has begun the speedup of urbanization now,which causes the collapse of the traditional community.So the relation between people has changed from intimate relation to isolated relation.The development of disadvantaged schools needs support of various social capital in which human relation is a kind of important social capital.It emphasizes the important of the human factor in management of organization.The later work of the rebuilding and developing of disadvantaged schools will change from the material factor to the human factor,in which the building of human relations will become a special way.The specific works will include two aspects:the first is to build external macro networks of social relations of school,the second is to build internal micro model of interpersonal interaction of school.
