核心力量训练对男大学生身体素质影响研究

摘    要:不同的训练方法对男大学生身体素质有一定的影响。以45名男大学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组、核心力量组和一般力量组进行训练,测量指标为50m跑、1000m跑、坐位体前屈、立定跳远、握力、引体向上,实验时间为10周。结果表明,核心力量训练可使50m跑、握力成绩显著改善(P<0.05),立定跳远、引体向上成绩极其显著提高(P<0.01)。一般力量训练可使立定跳远、握力、引体向上成绩显著提高(P<0.05)。两种训练方法对于1000m跑和坐位体前屈成绩没有影响。

Abstract:Different training methods have a certain effect on the physical fitness of male college students.This article aims to compare the difference between general strength training and core strength training in changing the physical fitness index of male college students,and to get the influence of core strength training on the physical fitness of ordinary male college students,so as to improve the core strength training in classes of College Physical Education.45 male college students were randomly divided into three groups:control group,core strength group and general strength group,with no significant differences in the test data of 50-meter run,1000-meter run,sitting forward bend,standing long jump,grip strength and lead-up before the experiment.After ten weeks of training,core strength training can significantly improve 50 meters,grip performance(P<0.05),standing long jump and pull-up performance(P<0.01).General strength training can significantly improve the standing long jump,grip strength and pull-up performance(P<0.05).The two training methods have no effect on the performances of 1000-meter run and sitting forward bend.
