微信老年用户的健康信息采纳行为研究

我国正处于老龄化社会和信息化社会进程中,老年群体的健康素养及健康信息行为研究将成为重要的议题。本文通过对浙江省2所老年大学40名学员进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论,归纳构建了微信老年用户的健康信息采纳行为影响因素模型,并对其策略性的健康信息采纳行为予以阐释。研究发现,信息因素、人际因素、个人因素可直接影响或通过健康信息可信度感知的中介作用影响老年用户的健康信息采纳行为;健康信息采纳行为的策略性具体体现为考虑当下情境的时空策略、基于传统文化和健康理念的经验策略以及低成本采纳或避免策略。

Study on Health Information Adoption Behavior of Elderly WeChat Users

Studies on health literacy and health information behavior of the elderly have become an important issue as China enters aging society and information society. This paper explores the elderly’s behavior of health information adoption. This paper establishes a theoretical model for health information adoption behavior of elderly WeChat users with grounded theory on the basis of in-depth interviews with 40 senior citizens at two colleges for the aged in Zhejiang Province. It finds that following prominent elements have impact on their adoption behavior: information element, interpersonal element and private element can affect their adoption behavior directly or indirectly through health information credibility. The tactics of adoption behavior is threefold: spatial-temporal strategy concerning current situation, experiential strategy based on traditional culture and health perceptions, and adoption/rejection strategy based on economy and psychology.
