教研结合促进艺术类高校创新性人才培养

人才培养和科学研究是高等院校的两个重要职能，他们相辅相成、互相促进。本文结合大连艺术学院服装学院的教学实际，论述了教学和科研结合对提高艺术类高校教师的科研能力和学生各方面能力的积极作用，并阐述了如何建立相应机制从政策和制度上推动和促进教学与科研相结合。通过科研来促进艺术类教育教学改革的顺利进行，达到教学、科研共同提高的目的，有利于培养出具有创新能力的艺术类人才。

Combining Teaching and Research to Promote Arts Innovative Talents

Talent cultivation and research are two important responsibilities of collages,and they are mutually reinforcing and promoting each other. Combining teaching and research to promote research abilities of teachers and abilities of students in all aspects in School of Fashion in Dalian Arts Collages were demonstrated. How to establish appropriate policies and institutional mechanisms to promote and facilitate the combination of teaching and research were elaborated. To promote education and teaching reform of art carried out smoothly through re-search,and achieved the purposes of teaching and research jointly improved,as well as cultivating creative a-bility of art talents.
