切花百合采后衰老研究进展

摘    要:文章综述了切花百合的采后品质以及衰老生理的近期研究成果,阐述了切花百合衰老与水分平衡、呼吸作用、碳水化合物、蛋白质、膜稳定性、内源激素、外部环境因子的关系.文章认为:在切花百合采后保持适当的水分平衡,降低呼吸代谢,减少碳水化合物的消耗,在保鲜液中加入一定的糖、杀菌剂、乙烯抑制剂等都可以减缓其衰老,延长切花百合的瓶插寿命.

Abstract:This paper summarizes the recent research achievements on postharvest quality and senescence physiology of cut lily. It also expounds the relations of cut lily senescence and water balance, respiration, carbohydrate, protein, membrane stability, endogenous hormone, external environmental factors. The main point of view is that flower senescence can be delayed and cut lily vase life can be prolonged by maintaining proper water balance in postharvest, reducing respiratory metabolism, reducing the consumption of carbohydrates, adding sugar, fungicide, ethylene inhibitors to the preservation solution.
