再生铝铝渣粒度及成分研究

摘    要:采用激光衍射式粒度仪、扫描电镜能谱分析和X射线衍射方法,对比分析了不同粒径的再生铝铝渣,比较了其物相与粒度分布之间的差异,就如何提高铝渣聚集效果进行了探讨,结果表明:Na3AlF6在一定程度上有助于聚集提高铝渣颗粒,MgO不利于铝渣颗粒的聚集,应当避免或减少使用.

Abstract:The appliance of laser diffraction particle analysis and energy spectrum analysis (EDS) and X ray diffraction method were adopted in this paper, in which the different sizes of recycling aluminum dross were compared and analyzed. And the difference between the phases and particle size distribution were compared, and how to improve the aluminum dross accumulation was discussed. The results show that the Na3AlF6salt can help improve the aggregation of the aluminum dross particles, and MgO cannot help the aluminum dross accumulation, so it' s better not to use it or less use it.
